Welcome to Celtic Oktoberfest!
We’re proud to be Cape Breton’s first ever craft beer and local foods celebration, and we can’t wait to share the experience with you on October 25th! And what better way to celebrate than by a taste testing of our Island’s best food and craft beer. As your local Chamber of Commerce, we believe it’s essential to showcase some of our strongest economic assets and tourism drivers; our food, music and beer.
As the Nova Scotian craft beer industry continues to enjoy steady growth and in result has developed into a highly sought-after commodity, we took this as an opportunity to display our Province’s best craft beer. With 10 Nova Scotian microbreweries; Big Spruce, Propeller, Uncle Leo’s, etc., and 8 Cape Breton food establishments including the Clove Hitch Bar & Bistro, Bras d’Or Lakes Inn, Fleur de Lis Tearoom, etc., you’ll want to make sure you land with an appetite!
And, of course, it wouldn’t be a true Cape Breton party if we didn’t have live Celtic music. So, we’ve lined up some of the Island’s best musicians to take the stage and make this night one to remember!
